This is one of my favorite images from a wedding we shot a few weeks ago. The couple was waiting be be announced to their reception guests & had a few minutes to themselves. They were soooooo excited. See how she is holding her dress!

This has been what will prove to be a most momentous week here at Jacoby Photo. For years I’ve heard of GraphiStudio’s line of wedding albums but never looked into their products.

I received a big box from them with a briefcase inside and inside the case was an album wrapped in velvet. It is their sample album and is simply the most impressive book I’ve ever laid my eyes upon. I know why it comes in a locked case – you don’t want your kids using it for crayon practice.

I can’t wait for the next couple to come in and see this work of art. (OK I know, I’m a real geek).

Here is a couple of images & text from their website:

Matter of fact visit their site and watch the video.

Hello All,

In the past week we've done weddings for a pair of lawyers & a pair of police officers - and other happy couples. One B&G we started with engagement & bridal sessions months ago and now finally the wedding! We feel like family by now.

Lots going on at the studio this next couple of months. We have only few good dates open in November and December but we are encouraging couples to check with us since you never know unless you ask! Not Christmas day.lol

A couple weeks after the dust settles from a wedding comes one of my favorite times - when we give the couple a slide show on the 10 foot screen. Some laughs and some tears. OK, here's a hint for the guys. When you are watching the images be sure to turn to your bride and tell her how beautiful she is in the pictures. Extra points for you.

A beautiful Bride from last week!

Let's say "goodbye" to tropical storm Ernesto - gone just in time for tomorrow's weddings (one of which is outdoors under a tent). We have her bridal portrait wrapped up in plastic just in case there are any leftover rain drops.

Speaking of bridal portraits, here an image from a recent bridal session at Duke Gardens. The bride, Tina, didn't select this one but another image which was also in a landscape format. Almost all our previous bridals have been in the traditional portrait style. I like this a lot!

Tina is absolutely regal in this image.
