The Guys Try a New Look

After a very busy April and May we are ready for a little time off.

We will be closed for the holiday weekend May 25-29 (Friday-Tuesday).

Please leave voice mails and e-mails and we will collect our messages upon our return to work.

Mark is headed to the mountains as usual but making a side trip to Nashville for Sandy Rochelle's wedding. Sandy is one of our talented associate photographers and we can't wait to see her on the other side of a camera! Sure, we'll post a picture next week.

By the way, just a reminder that we have moved our studio to Durham.

Engagement Session - North Hills Mall, Raleigh

One of my favorite engagement shots. I can't recall if I've posted it here or not, but if so...here it is again!

We've made engagement sessions standard with our packages now. It gives us a chance to get to know the groom a bit better and give him a chance to get used to us as well. It pays off on the wedding day!

Things have been so busy we have spent very little time in the new studio. Come see us and say hello.

April 7, 2007 Duke Gardens - The Journey Begins!


We are more or less moved in to the Durham studio. At least we have a supply of bottled water and some snacks. We held our first client meeting last night and a lovely bride-to-be booked us for her wedding. So far we're batting 1000 in the new place.

April was a super busy month for us. Lots of weddings, bridal & engagement sessions and meetings. Both Anne and Mark got out of town for a couple days. Looking at our calendar we have a few empty weekends this summer and are debating if we should try to book weddings or save them for time off!

Mark has been eying Anne's new camera bag for several months & finally bought one too. It has wheels! No more lugging the old bag through Duke Gardens. It will no doubt make him a much better photographer.
